A seasoned real estate investment professional, Gustavo specializes in the acquisition and disposition of office, retail, and industrial properties across South Texas, including San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Laredo, and the Rio Grande Valley.

Gustavo began his career with Marcus & Millichap in 2016 and later joined NAI Partners in 2020 before launching Entrust. Over his career, he has advised hundreds of investors, leveraging strategic analysis, market insight, and a strong professional network to optimize property performance and deliver exceptional investment outcomes.
