Gustavo Torres is a seasoned real estate investment professional specializing in the acquisition and disposition of office, retail, and industrial properties across South Texas. As a key member of the Investment Sales division, Gustavo brings a wealth of experience to his clients in markets including San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Laredo, and the Rio Grande Valley. ​​

Gustavo began his real estate career with Marcus & Millichap in 2016 and later joined NAI Partners in 2020. In 2024, he co-founded Entrust Commercial Advisors, driven by a commitment to fostering a proactive, results-oriented environment for clients. ​

Throughout his career, Gustavo has advised hundreds of investors, utilizing strategic analysis and in-depth market insights to optimize property operations and investment outcomes. He has successfully completed numerous high-profile transactions and leverages a broad network of industry professionals to deliver strong returns for his clients.
