Biography

Josh Murphy began his career in residential real estate investing before joining Marcus & Millichap in 2012 as part of the National Office and Industrial Properties Group.

Josh focuses on investment sales of office, medical, retail, land, and industrial properties in Central and South Texas, with a strong emphasis on the San Antonio MSA. Known for his direct, client-focused approach, Josh consistently helps clients maximize returns through strategic marketing and realistic market insights, fostering lasting relationships.

With a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, Josh also brings extensive knowledge of commercial construction methods. He holds certifications as an EIT, CDT, and RRO, further enhancing his ability to guide clients in achieving their investment goals.
